I am a licensed psychologist and specialize in sport psychology consultation and counseling services.
I like to take a ‘practice what you preach’ approach in my work and this is one of the main reasons I have decided to create this blog. Therefore, I am documenting my use of applied sport psychology strategies and will provide readers with an insiders’ view of what works (and doesn’t work) for me in my athletic pursuits. In doing so, I believe I will become more and more in touch with the techniques I present to my clients and, in turn, become a better practitioner.
My first challenge of Ironman Canada was completed on July 30th, 2017.
